Bouncing Back with the Seniors Brigade

This program is for immigrant seniors 55 years and over, who are currently experiencing stress, depression, loneliness and high level of anxiety as a result of forced isolation during
the COVID-19 pandemic. It involves a number of resiliency activities that would enable these seniors to bounce back to normal life, giving them opportunities to reconnect with the community and their circles of friends. Activities include, but not limited to, food assistance, community and private gardening, physical fitness and mental stimulation games and exercises, workshops and information sessions that promote personal and community safety including the use of safety devices at home and how to avoid cyber scams, fraud and other forms of financial abuse.
